MESSAGE FROM THE UNIVERSITY PRESIDENT
Welcome to the University of Regina Carmeli!
The University of Regina Carmeli is a Catholic university owned and managed by the congregation of the
Augustinian Sisters of Our Lady of Consolation. It is located in Malolos City, Bulacan, Philippines and
has served the province for 69 years, having been established in 1937 as Colegio de Nuestra Seņora del Carmen.
Through the years, the college has evolved into a university having been conferred the status on December 4, 1997.
Our brand of education is "Transformative Education" which aims to harness the creative and productive
capacity of the youth toward the constructive transformation of human society. Our spirituality is inspired
by the Catholic Christian faith and the thoughts and teachings of St. Augustine. Our core values are
interiority, humility, compassion, courage, community-oriented, and missionary spirit. Our academic offerings are inclusive of early childhood education, basic education, college education, adult
professional training and graduate school education.
