| Requirements for Admission for the GRADUATE
SCHOOL Deapartment
- All application to the Graduate School must include one original
copy and photocopy of the Transcript of Records of the Bachelor’s
or Master’s Degree. The transcript of records should indicate the
corresponding Special Order.
- Public School teachers enrolling for the first time must submit their
student permit signed by their superintendent.
- Clerics and religious enrolling for the first time must submit a written
permission of their superiors to enroll for a particular course study.
- Students who graduated from outside the Philippines have to present
their credentials to the Registrar’s Office (Original Transcript
of Records) so that these may be forwarded to CHED for proper evaluation.
A photocopy of the same shall be submitted to the graduate school program.
- As much as possible there should be no transfer from one major or
discipline to another in the course of the degree program.
- Candidates for Master’s Degree not corresponding to their Bachelor’s
Degree should finish at least 18 units of major undergraduate courses
in those respective fields or specialization before proceeding to graduate
works.
- Transfer credits may be allowed at the discretion of the Dean subject
to academic policies of the institution.
