Sr. Susana Bundoc, O.P. is firstly a handmaid of God and secondly, an educator.

As a servant of the Lord, she served as the Local Superior at the Guiguinto, Paombong and Norzagaray communities from 1995-2006. From 2003-2004, she was also an adviser and speaker at the Parish Renewal Experiences (PREX) where she also served as secretary.

Sr. Susana chartered her fate as an educator when she enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Education program at the former Regina Carmeli College where she graduated in 1976. She was a classroom teacher from 1976-1979. After this, she held the administrative positions of discipline coordinator and assistant principal until her appointment as principal of the St. Martin de Porres Catholic Schools in Paombong, Norzagaray and Guiguinto.

To further her education, she enrolled in the Master of Arts in Educatin program at the URC Graduate School where she graduated in 1997. Her study on "The Effects of Parents' Motivation in the Achievement of Intermediate Pupils at St. Martin de Porres Catholic School in Bulacan" has served as a tool in effectively managing the schools under her supervision.
