Mrs. Amparo Bautista Nepomuceno is, without a doubt, a job provider for the Bulakeños. She owns and manages ABP Trading, ABP Arts and Crafts, ABP Aqua Farms, ABP Realty and LCW Properties.

Though not a commerce graduate, her achievements in the field of business led to her recognition as the Most Outstanding Businesswoman of Bulacan by the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2003. Mrs. Bautista-Nepomuceno is in fact a BSE major in English graduate of the former Regina Carmeli College in 1975.

Despite her tight business schedule, she finds time for civic concerns.

She was the president of the Rotary Club of Hagonoy from 1995-1996. During her term, she organized and rendered monthly dental and medical assistance to the poor. She organized the local ROTARACT and conducted regular "Operation Linis" and tree planting. Besides her award as outstanding businesswoman, she was cited as Ulirang Ina by the National Mother's Day and Father's Day Foundation of the Philippines. Furthermore, she was honored as the Mrs. Bulacan Girl Scout of the Philippines.

She provided assistance to battered woman at the "Women's Desk" and sponsored a one year, free seminar on sewing and weaving for unemployed women in her community.

She also served as the president of the Soroptimist Club, the San Nicolas Pastoral Council of the Birheng Mapagampon, Birheng Rosario and Sta. Ana Parishes. A Carmelian through and through in her principles, Mrs. Amparo Bautista-Nepomuceno transcended her original school training in order to be of more service to her community.
