| RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
Research plays a vital role in operationalizing the
framework of development for RCC. The strategy involves four processes,
namely: (1) environmental analysis, (2) resource analysis, (3) value
analysis, and (4) the matching of these processes. The first three processes
are integrated in the final process of integrating the outputs, resulting
to an institutional plan or strategy on how RCC can be relevant to society
through impact programs to its people and communities.
Studies conducted
by the center include curricular assessment studies, researches on
teaching effectiveness and students performance, institution-building
studies, graduate tracer studies, manpower and demand studies, development
and validation of educational tests.
Backstaffed by the Graduate School
Department, RCC's Research/Development and Extension Office extends
research and statistical services to thesis
and dissertation writers and industry researches through six service
packages.
